My spiritual healing quest started in 2003, when I qualified as a Reiki practitioner and teacher in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Still in the United States, my life took an important turn in 2005 when I received the honour of receiving transmissions from, and being initiated into the lineages of Traditional Mayan Indian Shamanic healing. I went through a second level of this special teaching and induction in 2007, during which time I learned how to draw, paint and use colour, through intuitive guidance.
When I returned to South Africa later that year, I continued with my quest for learning and joined the Life Alignment group in Cape Town, where I acquired skills using kinesiology based muscle testing to locate body points that are linked to emotional and spiritual blocks.
